The barAny score
The weakest seats out of immunity earn nothing today and are pruned oldest first. A miner still unscored when immunity ends joins them
TurnoverEvery 1.2 h
At the 20 registrations a day the burn steers toward, a full subnet prunes a seat about this often

The simulator runs burned_register on SN17 against real chain state: the burn, the fee and anything that would fail

Immunity lasts 5,000 blocks (about 16.7 h): use it to get scored
242 seats out of immunity earn nothing; each registration prunes the oldest of them, so a miner still unscored when immunity ends joins that queue
Seats turn over about every 1.2 h at the 20.0 registrations a day the burn steers toward
